DKS-MAX Terms of Service

Welcome to DKS-MAX, a service provided by Tarno LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DKS-MAX mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Any content you upload belongs to you

The Service is not intended for minors.

2. User Content

Users may upload images for analysis.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• The image belongs to you
• You have the legal right to submit the image
• The image does not contain another person without their consent
• The image does not violate any law

You retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant the Company a limited license to process the content for analysis purposes.

3. Image Processing

Images uploaded to the Service may be processed using automated systems, including artificial intelligence.

These systems are used solely to generate analytical outputs for the user.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of any results generated by the Service.

4. AI-Generated Results

The results produced by DKS-MAX are automated estimates generated by artificial intelligence systems.

These results:

• may not be accurate
• may vary between analyses
• should not be considered scientific, medical, or professional advice

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

5. Certificates and Sharing

Users may choose to generate a certificate based on their analysis.

If a user enables sharing, a public link may be created.

Users are responsible for how they share or distribute this link.

The Company is not responsible for third-party access resulting from user-initiated sharing.

6. In-App Purchases

Certain features of the Service may require payment.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or other platform providers.

All billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by the platform provider according to their policies.

The Company does not store credit card information.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• upload illegal content
• upload images of individuals without consent
• attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• abuse, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• use the Service for harassment or harmful purposes

Violation may result in termination of access.

8. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

The Company makes no warranties regarding:

• accuracy of analysis
• uninterrupted service
• fitness for a particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarno LLC and DKS-MAX shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• use of the Service
• reliance on analysis results
• sharing of generated certificates
• unauthorized access to user content

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service.

11. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
